Getting to know you as clients is very important to us, and lays the foundation for a successful project.

Whether you come with your own design, are looking for architectural recommendations or anything in between we are here for you.

Consultation expectations include:

• Initial site analysis
• House utilization specifics
• Design preferences
• Scheduling
• Initial ballpark costs

We use a Professional Services Agreement (PSA) to lay out our expectations for your specific project. This proposal estimates how long we anticipate to complete your project, and project cost. Once a PSA is signed and agreed to, we set up a few concept meetings.

We have a list of proven architects should you need help with interviewing and selecting a designer. From here we work with the designers to help during design development with budget decisions while we construct a formal, comprehensive budget.

Fees for this portion will depend on client needs and project specifics.

When our crews step on site, we take control of the implementation of construction plans and quality control.

Along with our own crews of in-house craftsmen, we work with a network of tried and true subcontractors to construct your home to the highest of standards.

With our dedicated project managers and site supervisors, we manage all stages of construction scheduling, and adapt to day to day nuances along every step of the way.

At completion, we walk you through all of the home systems, and are here to support you for the lifetime of your home.
